1. Have you ever lived alone as an adult, as a single person? Yes, after college, I had a cute little one bedroom apartment. I loved the freedom of doing what I wanted when and knowing that something that I put down in one place would be there when I went back to it.
2. What brings you to complete calm and rest? Good question. I have a hard time quieting my inner voices. In the morning when I first wake up would be the time when I have achieved complete calm and rest. But that's a little involuntary, isn't it? I like yoga. It is relaxing moving muscles I don't normally move. And I'm aware of my breathing then moreso than any other time. But I guess the sure-fire anxiety reducer is listening to music.
3. If you could live anywhere in the world, where would you choose and with whom? Home is where the heart is, right? As a girl who lives in the house she grew up in, I'm having to redefine what home is as I look at selling and moving elsewhere. I'd love to live briefly in a wide variety of big cities from NYC to Washington DC, but I think I'd like to stay on the east coast. I don't think I'd stay in a big city though.. my heart cannot take the traffic and sheer amount of people. And with whom? Someone I can count on, someone I consider a friend, someone who understands me and whom I understand right back.
