Well not that it's going to do you a lot of good, but you might mention that it's difficult to find people to have any kind of ministry who can ignore people who need assistance.
I mean, how does it sound, "I have the ministry of the hard assed bitch who just deals with the paper work and ignores people who need help when no one eles is around."
