itunes love

The internet has been sketchy as hell tonight so I've turned to itunes to entertain me...

I've rocked, I've cried, I've reminisced, I've laughed... like a really, really good conversation with an old friend.

Here's what had me groovin'...

Groovin'
The Gap Band's You Dropped the Bomb
Earth Wind and Fire's September
Boz Scaggs' Lowdown

Laughing
Dusty Springfield's Son of a Preacherman
Janis Joplin's Piece of My Heart (Laughing because F had a story to tell about the song, but was finally too embarrassed to tell me something)
Clarence Carter's Strokin'

Crying
Gavin DeGraw's Lay Me on the Water
Eva Cassidy's Fields of Gold
Jackie Greene's When You're Walking Away

Reminiscing
The Fixx's One Thing Leads to Another
Johnny Cash's Personal Jesus
Elton John's Philadelphia Freedom

Yeah, I like my music. And if your nose was itching tonight, you'll know why if you see a song where I might have been thinking about you. :)

I've been listening to iTunes as well with Emerson, Lake and Palmer's "Welcome Back my Friends, to the Show that Never Ends" Used to have that on LP. GREAT Album! brings me back to my High School Days.

I like the Eva Cassidy version of Fields of Gold. SOMEone introduced me to it.
